These guys did work on our house for the builder when it was built. We now have a warranty issue and they dropped a door knocker off at our place asking for the garage door code so that they can come when we aren't there. The note left a number to call and said that if we got voicemail to leave our name, house number and code for them. I called and told them that under no circumstances was I giving them our personal code or access to our garage when we weren't home. I requested an appointment to be set up and they refused saying that this is how they do it with everyone. He was quite pushy about it. Now I have to deal with the builder and try to get them to force these guys to make an appointment. I have never dealt with such an unbuisinesslike company!!
