Horrible service in general. I have been a customer since I had a paper route as a kid in the 70’s. I have remained a loyal customer and have given them ALL my business not like that is important to a billion dollar company. I have been lied to and have no recourse to solve the problem. I can see why people are switching to smaller banks. Their “customer service agents” should have to try and get through their phone system. If you are looking for a new bank keep looking RBC sucks
