What a terrible moving experience. I would never use these movers again. I didn't realize on top of a move I'd be dealing with incompetent and misogynistic movers by choosing this company.
They were insanely rude, took advantage of me by not letting me know when they even left my first apartment and I had to call and follow up with them (after 40 minutes) and then had me pay double what my original quote was.
Absolutely avoid this company at all costs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They destroyed some of my furniture that was in perfect condition prior to my move(crack in shredder, footprint from them standing on my desk, other pieces broken/dirty/damaged). They did not deliver my snow shovel to my new address. Overcharged me (did get credit for overcharge amount but did not receive a new invoice for the amount charged). Boxes marked fragile moved upside down. Have attempted to contact after service manager for several weeks with no response!!!
Amazing experience - made moving houses with 2 little kids so much easier than we expected! They arrived on time, put down these special mats on all our floors and had the truck packed and unpacked in less time than the quote. Nothing was damaged and they even checked with me about where to put boxes I forgot to label. We're not moving again for a very long time but I'll definitely recommend them to friends and family!
Terrific experience with these professionals. I'm happy for the job they did safely without damaging anything. My previous experience with another company was not satisfactory, but these guys made me laugh. Me & my wife, both loved their strategy to accomplish the moving. I will definitely be a repeat customer. :)

I had never used professional movers before so I was very nervous about how strangers may handle my items. I have a very valuable collection of vintage memorabilia and they are highly fragile. These guys were gentle with the items that needed that little something extra. They were quick and friendly and now that we are settled, everything arrived quick and in perfect shape. I cant recommend these guys enough. They are outstanding at their job as well as great guys.
I can't say enough good things about Bill & Ben Mighty Moving! I had a tight time line to have all my things moved within Calgary to a new place. They were prompt and responsive to all my questions. I contacted them a week before the move and they called me a few days before the move to confirm. On the actual moving day, they were on time, and they did everything. I did not have to worry about a thing. Their prices are very competitive and there were no additional costs. I would highly recommend
Moving has always been stressful and its hard to find good company that is reliable and Cost effective.I contacted Bill and Ben over the phone and scheduled the date. People @ this company were courteous and professional and finished working in time as scheduled. I was very stressed out about this move but it was quick and easy. I would recommend BILL N BEN to my friends and everyone out there who don't want to deal with all the stress involved in Moving. Kudos team - Keep up good Work!
I had an exceptional experience moving while using Bill & Ben, the Mighty moving Men. From the time I contacted them a month before my move to the actual moving date, they were professional and provided me with a fair rate. On the day of the move, I did not have to worry about a thing. The move went smoothy and I would highly recommend them.

Please save yourself troubles and call another company.
It took for them more than 9 hours to move 2 small bedroom apartment with a driving time less than 20 min.
And it feels that administration does not care about anything, but billing.
It's NOT a professional, reliable company
Terrible experience with them. There estimate was way off, by 10hours. They supplied poorly trained movers We had all boxes labeled and they placed garage stuff in the kitchen, kitchen stuff in the garage. When I called to complain about the service, they do very minimum,they tried to get intimidating, but saw I was not fazed by their bully response to my claim. They feel they compensated enough, it was pathetic. At eight months pregnant I did not need this nightmare of a job.
