Customer Service is Excellent and they tell you the real facts. I never needed any service to my vehicle. The dealership where I purchased my new car emailed,phoned and text me that I needed an oil change, etc. Cost was always between $200.00 - $350.00 every time. Jiffy Lube checked everything, oil fine, low mileage and it was FREE. Thank God for Jiffy Lube !!
Excellent service at Camrose jiffy lube. It was my first visit and I definitely will be back anytime I need an oil change. Bobby made sure I knew exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle and did not pressure me into buying anything.I usually get anxious when it comes to vehicle mechanics since I do not know anything about it, but he made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what had to be done. High recommend!
This oil change shop is unlike any other oil change shop I've been to before. The team (TRUE team) are friendly, honest, and responsible young men. They are experts at what they do and never miss a beat; they've even detected defects for me that would've cost me a lot in the long run, and I never paid a cent extra for the extra mile they ALWAYS go. Have never had such amazing service during an oil change. We were offered cold, bottled water, the advisor was beyond polite and friendly, engaged in small talk and gave us helpful tips. Rarely receive this level of service in any industry. Super impressed!
Terrible place. I do not recommend them at all! I called and asked how much for an oil change. Told them I take 0W-20 oil. They quoted me $98. I asked if that was everything, including the filter and the man assured me it was. I ended up paying $189. Very unimpressed. DO NOT recommend them!
I arived 10 minutes before closing time, and they took me in right away, did my oil change, told me I had a small leek, and to keep an eye on it, great costumer service, I would recommend Jiffy Lube.
