    Very unprofessional and would not listen to what I was trying to say about it not spinning told me I need control board and door lock I asked them if it could Just be the cold water valve and was told that has nothing to do with the spin cycle so 675 dollars later the machine still did not work I replaced the valve my Self and works just fine they will not refund any money for the parts they put in cause I went and put a valve in a month after trying to get them to come back to fix the proble

    Very inexperience...

    Very inexperienced technician, first diagnosis was I needed new icemaker & water valve. After demanding to check the water valve first it became apparent that wasn't the problem. Then he claimed it had to be the icemaker. He was going to take the icemaker with him but couldn't get the fridge to work, I told him the icemaker had to be put back & plugged in to complete the electrical circuit. He did as I asked & Voila everything worked again, he then claimed it might of been a frozen line or the water valve acting up. It was a win win for the tech, he got paid his fee & free education. When leaving he left my front door open allowing my pets onto the road. Don't be a victim, save your hard earned money & search out a company with experience.

    Loi was amazing! ...

    Loi was amazing! He was in and out within 30 minutes and had all supplies and replacement parts on hand. Very affordable and efficient service; our washer is back to normal! Highly recommended.
