The managers of this condo are so unprofessional they seriously need to go to school and learn how to deal with tenants they say those condos are affordable housing there is nothing affordable about those condos

If I could rate this a 0 I would. This manager is super unprofessional. He entered my unit without written notice. Didn’t do a walk in expedition yet tried to charge me for every little nail hole from previous tenant. He watched the cameras and would mention who was over and how many times a week they were. The lady working in his office would lie about questions asked, when keys were given. I once found a carpenters pencil in my bed and I knew no one it came from. Terrible building!!!!!

The management is so unprofessional. This is suppose to be a government subsided building but they are renting at market. When ever something breaks or needs to be fixed they charge u for it.. They supply electricity to you so they charge everyone different rates. So if someone is in the good grace they get a low bill... And on top of that they put in washer and dryer but you got to pay rent for it every month. So basically they are making money off us
