Have currently waited two hours on a simple oil change. When I went up to ask what’s taking so long, he said that they’re 50% done. Not sure how an oil change could ever take this long, the only thing I’m sure of is this place has no idea what they’re doing, and clearly doesn’t care at all about there customers.
