    I've had excellent service from the staff at this location. I actually came to find their number as I've misplaced their business card and want to make another appointment.

    Shoddy Customer Service and Poor Speaking Skills

    I am not at all impressed with Chatters on 17 Street in Edmonton. They were unable to keep an appointment with me recently but did not call me to let me know, instead I arrived and was told at the time of my appointment that they could not cut my hair. There were three or more stylists lounging about but they were too busy texting their friends and gossipying. Another point I would like to make about this location is the girls are unable to speak fluent English or count change for that matter. I would never go there again, even low end hairstyling place would beat these guys hands down!
