I started as a Red Seal carpenter in 1985, later earning a master’s in Pastoral Psychology and Counselling. After 20 years in pastoral ministry, I became a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in 2016. I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy and EMDR for trauma, integrating faith and spirituality into mental well-being.
