Shady sales practices. Quoted something like $15 plus a maximum of $35 in additional charges over the phone wh. We were explicit when we said we were locked out of the house. Guy arrived quickly, opened the door within 30 seconds, then proceeded to tell us it would be $120.00 because the quote we were given was for inside bedroom doors. So basically they misled and overcharged us and we ending up paying $126.00 for what we were told would be a maximum of $50. No scruples, would never use again.

I had my bike locked and had no money, I phoned and explained situation to them, they came and trusted me on word that I would bring money later. Good company with professionals! I recommend it!

Took 45 minutes to show up after promising 15, and when he finally showed up he demanded double the quoted price. Sketchy and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The website says $10 for an emergency unlock. Theres no information on other costs. I ended up being charged $125.00. The job took about 30 seconds. When I called to complain, I was told rudely that $10 was for the service call, there's another $15 for the guy to come out and then however much more depending on the difficulty of the job. So $125 for a 30 second job.NOT ok. They need way better customer service and actual pricing information on their website.

Horrible service

Avoid this company at all costs. They quoted me $95-125 over the phone for a spring replacement for my garage door plus a $25 service charge. They sent out a technician, who came to my house and said the repair would cost $205 plus GST plus the $25 fee. These people are very rude and hard to deal with. The quote they give you is completely useless. Ended up paying $165 plus GST for a spring repair. The technician was extremely unprofessional. Overall I had a bad experience with this company.

On the website it said they'd be there in 15 minutes. I called and they said 15-30 minutes. After an hour of waiting I called again and they said they couldn't find my house so I should just find someone else.

I phoned this company for a new lock on my door, on the phone I explained very well what I needed, the person behind the phone told me it will be about 85 dollars, when the technician arrives (BTW, 45 minutes late than what we agreed) gave me a completely new price for the service....when I say that's too much according to the earlier call, he said that I should pay 50 dollars for the visit....Since I was in a hurry, I decided to go with it and paid 298 dollars.
