Don't expect Monteith to stand by their workmanship. From the day keys turned over there have been issues, and they'll come look and do nothing but try to smooth talk you. Poor cement work was breaking up before move in. Thermostat put on an outside wall because winter in Alberta that's the place it belongs. Metal roof has leaks after less than two years. Plus more! Beware if you're looking to hire these guys. They have an amazing closer to convince you but watch out!
