Customer service was dismal, I called to correct an order (which took 15 minutes just to get through to the right location, and got hung up on three times from another location). I still got the wrong pizza, and the manager didn't bother to call despite being well aware of it, and was rude over the phone when I called to correct the order in the first place.
The food I ordered was raw and uncooked. The manager was rude and I had to go to the better business bureau and complain to head office before they would reluctantly even give me a refund. They still argued about giving me a refund even after I stretched the pizza crust almost a foot...that was hoe raw it was.
