Service department is horrible. Had my truck in for a recall and they lost my key and rather than call and ask for my spare took all day to reprogram 2 new keys. Then I call for a quote as a rock broke my fog light casing and was quoted $95 so I book it in and end up with a $418 bill, even though it’s noted on the work order what I was quoted. Sales department was great but service is horrible.

Unlike any other dealership Ive visited! The new location in Grande Prairie is spectacular to say the least, extremely happy with the visit I had and purchasing a used truck from my sales man Tom D! From the new showroom to the service area and Quick Lane this place is great for Grande Prairie! Thanks Windsor!
