Recently stayed at this property. While I was hesitant at first, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel must have new ownership and has undergone a serious amount of renovations. Rooms were clean and comfy. All staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was great & staff even gave me a coupon for a complimentary coffee for their coffee shop. Will be recommending this hotel to friends and family in the future.
Room was very unclean
Thick layer of dust all around edges of room
Did not clean between anything or pick up cords to vacuum underneath. There was someone else's nail clippings on floor.
Dust on lamps.
Woke up to ants in my bed. Very small beds I must add, I'm only 5' & my feet were at end of bed.
I said something this morning and was told to call back & talk to manager because lady at front desk couldn't do anything.
I would rather give no stars but to put this up you have to at least mark one star
