I have been coming here for years. Today we were served food with hair in it and told that because it was the all you can eat that they wouldn’t give us a discount or remove anything from the bill. The management needs to resolve this because every other restaurant that I have ever had this experience at has discounted the meal and apologized profusely. My wife and boy and myself come here a lot and have never left unsatisfied. A little expensive but Im ok with that knowing that sometimes you get what you pay for and you don’t want to eat cheap bargain bin sushi. Most of servers know our family and we enjoy talking to them when they have a free moment. Great bunch of people.
Waited an hour and a half for our order while others got their's before us even though they got there long after us. Not to big of a deal cause the food is usually worth the wait.
Bill was 150.00, king Crab Maki roll chipped my tooth with a big piece of the shell, worst service ever and they did nothing about the chipped tooth.....could have cared less. A simple apology and removal of the one roll off the bill would have sufficed. Nope, owner Edward just kept yelling no proof!!
