Very responsive and come in a timely manner.

Had an issue with my Hottub and called Jonathan for help (I didn't buy it from Everything H2O). It took a few phone calls, total of around 30 mins on the phone to get my issues figured out. Didn't end up buying anything. We received this level of service and they had no obligation to help me... I never write these reviews but felt obligated to due to the help received and high level of expertise. Will be coming to get my next hottub from you guys, thanks again Jonathan!

Great and taking ...

Great and taking your money but if you need replacement parts Tom is demeaning, explains why paying someone to look for a $10 part isn't worth it and rather then tell you be won't help just puts you off until you give up.

What took us so long?!

Last year we looked around in your stand at the CFR William took care about us. We were intriged by the simplicity! Only 110 Volt................just plug it in! Home delivered, excellent explanation and we were in business! Have it outside on our porch, we use it every day....summer and winter. To be honest....its awsome when its -33 and the snow is flying! This product is really easy to maintain, even though we have very poor water quality ( very hard and lots of iron) Nothing complicated, wonder why we didn't have one earlier!!

Softtub 220

I found softtubs online and went in to Everything H20 store last saturday just to see what it looked like because it sounded like it would fit my needs. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. Shawn explained everything about Softtubs and even though it was crazy busy in the store when we were there, he still managed to spend a long time going over everything we needed to know about the spa. I was very interested and ended up phoning back to purchase one of the spas later that day. Shawn came on monday night to deliver the spa to my house which was great. He spent over 2 hours explaining the set up and maitenance of the spa to me, after struggling to get it down my very narrow staircase. He even made sure he put everything back the way it was before he started. I am very impressed with the spa and the great customer service I received throughout the entre process. I am also very pleased with how easy and quickly it took to have a working softtub in my house, ready to go. I would recommend this product and EverythingH20 to anyone.

Great All Around!

We picked up our LaZ- Boy spa from Everthing H2O. I have been thinking about getting a hot tub for the last 3 years. This year i decided to do it. Shawn and Cory have been great from the purchase, to the set up, to the follow up. They are easy to get a hold of with any questions and easy to talk to. If your thinking of a Spa talk to these guys at Everything H2O.

Soft Tub

We are delighted to have found the Everything H2O guy's to help us look after our Soft tub and accessories. We've had our Soft tub for just over 4 years now and we still love it. And now having this great group, at Everything H2O looking after our spa needs, we like it even more. We recently purchased from the H2O guy's the Saltron MINI. Wow, what a great invention. This thing now controls our chlorine level by electrolysis of salt, and is working fantastic. This has simplified taking care of our spa water a great deal. Thanks Shawn, we're loving it.

Quick easy service. A product that actually works.

I called or visited at least 6 water operators in the local area before ending up at everything H2O. After a short phone call they came to my place of business within the day to discuss in person what my options were. Their smiling faces were easy to understand and at no point did I feel pressure from them to buy anything. In the end I actually felt informed to make the best decision for my business based on our budget and what we wanted to do. We decided to go with their Envio Sof'ner water softener to soften all of our incoming water. This system is awesome! The first thing is that it is so easy and not messy. You just have to refill the softening liquid when the small tank is empty which require only to unscrew one small cap and pour more liquid in, that's it! The whole process takes maybe 2 minutes. The second part we love is how eco friendly this system is. As a Yoga Studio our eco foot print is always considered. No brine water waste to deal with. This unit not only works but is physically small to maximize our space and it looks good with a nice chrome finish. Prior to installation our cleaners were having extreme difficulty getting our faucets and sinks clean. Within a week of the system being in place we noticed a night and day difference. And actually this has gotten better over time. The liquid used to soften also helps to clean out the water lines. The pre filter of chlorine has even improved our water's taste Although the cost was higher than a standard salt system, it was at least half as much as any copper ionic system we were quoted. The extra bucks of the salt systems was/is worth every penny. Product bottom line: easy to use, clean, environmentally friendly, small, looks good, bang for your buck Everything H2O bottom line: good service with a smile, no pressure, informative, straight forward, bang for you buck

Must say this company is very well set up to handle all your water needs. From water purification solutions to treat your water problems at the source to water delivery services. The portable softub and all the hot tubs give you so many options to choose from. They got it all. The service is amazing and you can trust there going to take good care of you.
