Wanted to get my balayage done. Showed the hair dresser what I wanted to get done but ended up getting orange hair. Also the service is not satisfactory and they charge way too much money. Totally not worth it. Never going here again!

Students are so amazing. They are learning so you must be patient with them. Any mistakes that students make,the instructors are there to help. The owner is super friendly and amazing at what she does. Best hair dresser!! This is a school people dont except the students all to be magnificent on there first shot. It takes many months or years or experience to get great at what you do.

I went to Legends yesterday to get streaks, I had to call the supervisor Amber over to ask her why the colour was getting pulled through to the ends of my hair she said it shouldn’t be and questioned me why I didn’t say some thing sooner, she took no responsibility for it ( she was busy getting her hair braided) Amber then got her nails done while the woman continued to make mistakes, horribly run company not sure how they stay in business. DO NOT cheap out and come here not worth a cent.

Terrible customer service! The instructors here and judgy and rude. I went in to have my hair done (was not done well at all), I went back to pay AGAIN to have my hair fixed (because I understand that mistakes happen when you go to a school to get your hair done) amd I was treated like I was crazy. I felt like I got bullied by the instructors who ganged up and kept telling me THEY are the professionals and cant see what I'm talking about.
