Drivers dont even TRY to deliver, apartment numbers are too complex it seems. NEVER use this service.
It seems to me that their driver does not even make an attempt to deliver. We live in a gated complex with a dial panel at the door, our name clearly written on. Any other shipping company gets in! Yet, it is the third time a package shipped with Purolator is not delivered because of what they call an incomplete address. Calling customer service is painful, they are condescending and they explain why they cannot rectify the situation, in short your package will be really late. Avoid Purolator!
Did not leave a delivery notice. I had to track down myself whether the parcel had arrived. I suspect they do not even try to deliver.They never answer the phone.
Missed the delivery of my package on 3/26/20 in New West. Says right on the packing slip the hours of pickup, Mon-Fri 8am-730pm and Sat 11am-4pm. On 3/28/20, I took 45 minute transit ride in the pouring rain only to find out the hours had changed on 3/20/20 due to the Coronavirus. I called Purolater to have them drop it off at my place again, which they agreed to do and was told I was the third person to call today about the wrong hours on the packing slip. Please correct the hours of pickup.
Delivery was missed as the driver knocked very lightly once and left within few secs, by the time I realized it was the door, came out to open door, they were gone! I heard the elevator going down. Why does it take more than 24hrs to pick up the package? the note says it will be ready tomorrow after 3:30pm!
Ordered something from Amazon,didn’t know the courier was Purolator. If I knew I wouldn’t place that order which makes me super stressed out about it. Delivery expected on December,31st, still don’t have my item delivered. Had to call 5 times , every time they have different excuses on their bad job. The driver is simply lazy and just stick you the delivery note. Most ridiculous thing is, they came to my building today, able to drop off anyone else’s package except mine!!

Paid 10$ to have it a day early. Home all day and I see a note saying that they were here at 12:30, which is not true. Now I have to wait another day. I cannot call to get ahold of anyone either. Horrible service.
Package was supposed to be here in 2 days. Been 5 days now. I try calling to find out whats going on and their automated phone employee doesnt know how to recognize the buttons your hitting for service. 0/5 stars will be shipping with someone else next time
Delivered today my parcel from amazon and phoned me showing -no caller ID-on the phone, I dont usually answer the call when there is no callerID, and that was from purolator!!! Seriously? why you hiding your caller ID??? Now i have to go to the office to pick it up, but the office work till 7:30 and me too!now have to ask someone to get it for me. Very upsetting and inconvenient...
Would rate 0 stars if possible. I forgo sleep to be awake and alert to recieve packages, yet only 1 out of my last 4 has actually been delivered. Every time the slip says delivery attempted when in reality there was no buzzer from the front or knock on my door. Phoning the locations customer service gets you nowhere; you press 0 to talk to someone and it immediatly says nobodys available and doesnt give the option to hold.
The BURNABY office is the worst in customer service, they have nothing to provide (envelopes, boxes, bill of lading) to help you at the front of store, you need to wait in line for simple preparation material, and the female clerk has zero customer skills. Don’t waste your time, find another Delivery office or Courier
2 times the delivery guy did not come to my home(I was waiting for him the whole day) but marked my delivery as "delivery attempt was made. receiver unavailable." I feel like he was just too lazy to carry up my heavy package. AVOID USING PUROLATOR IF YOU CAN.
