Amazing pizza. Will go back

After 15 years of ordering,I finally stopped due to the overcooked crust,some might prefer it but I'm not one.

I can't believe the pizza was burnt and hard as a rock. It was cold and the wings were reheated so many times the bones were falling apart.those were the soft ones but old. The rest were burnt and still old non edible. Then I paid for delivery and because the driver didn't call when he got here for the buzzer code, went back to the store and called me and told me to meet him in the lobby because he didn't want to come down the hall after being here once. Too funny I am a person with a disability

Horrible service

Decided to try jims pizza for the first time. They said 45 minutes for delivery. After waiting 1.5 hours, called back and they apologized for,the delay. Then they just didn't show up at all. Want a waste of time and a lot of hungry people. Never calling jims again!
