The Madison Care Centre

The Madison and the staff have been outstanding with my dad especially through Covid times. I can’t say enough good things about them or the place. They were a great replacement family for my dad between my visits. They phoned me often with updates and progress reports and their correspondence was fantastic. Thank you

My mom has been a resident for a year and a half. We could not be more thankful that she is at The Madison. We find the staff and caregivers to be kind and genuine, and always willing to discuss any changes in her care or needs.

Management is difficult to get simple or any answers from, evasive. Quick to take your money but curt if you sit on the fence at all despite the huge decision a care home is. Just rude.

not enough staff, but the care aids who are there are good. Horrible owners that care more about themselves then the patients. I would not put my parent in there as you are considered a trouble maker if management is contacted with concerns . No consideration towards patient care, food is not great, it is all about appearance more than the direct care of patients. They would rather put the money into the entrance to look good then into ensuring there is enough staff to help the patients.
