Elizabeth was raised in Kamloops and returned after practicing in Vancouver and Vernon for a number of years. She remembered what Kamloops offered her when she was growing up and wanted to provide those same opportunities to her growing family. She and her husband have raised three children in the community and over the years, took full advantage of everything the City and the surrounding areas have to offer.Elizabeth and her family were actively involved in community youth sports including hockey, soccer, volleyball and softball. They also enjoyed and took part in music, performing arts and theater. Elizabeth has been actively involved in social organizations, including chairing the Board of ASK Wellness Society, one of the region’s largest social agencies working with the homeless and at risk members of our community.
She also mentors young lawyers and volunteers her time to TRU Law and the Professional Legal Training Course. With her children now grown and independent, she spends her free time enjoying Sun Peaks ski hill in the winter, Shuswap Lake in the summer and traveling to other destinations in between.more...See more text
