Kyle Scanlan, founder, tuner, and mechanic of Classified Motorsports, has been working with high performance vehicles professionally since 2003. Classified Motorsports opened the doors March 10th, 2010 to fulfill the need for a performance shop in the Okanagan.
Our equipment consists of three hoists, a Snap-On diagnostic tool, sandblaster, solvent cleaning station, nitrous filling station, and a 2WD dyno.

Their tuning specialist is friendly and experienced, but they are very expensive compared to tuning shops in Vancouver for example. Their receptionist is friendly and helpful when you are on site. However the customer service via email and phone is TERRIBLE, the worst customer service I have EVER HAD and they are often unable to hold to their word. The receptionist has excuses coming out of her nose and usually wont answer calls or reply to messages or email. I will never go back to them.
My 2004 sti has been serviced at Classified multiple times; every experience being a positive one. They do honest work at affordable pricing. It doesnt matter if you drive a 1991 Toyota Corolla, they are happy to work on it.
My Subaru has been using a classified tune for 3 years, absolutely zero problems. Its a rock solid tune.
Very knowledgeable and always willing to help out. I live 12 hours away and I always ensure that I’m able to get work done to my WRX through Classified. Shout out to Kyle, Owen and Justine and the boys in the shop for always putting a smile on my face!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Classified to anyone. Let me tell you a story as to why. People looking to go here for service, I implore you to read through this thoroughly before making a decision.

Before working at Classified Motorsports, I was a customer for 6 years. I always felt very appreciated and they took great care of my car. I have always been interested in cars and wanted to be a part of the industry. After experiencing the shops passion, care, and expertise, I feel very proud to be able to say I am part of the team now.
Sent them an email asking about work I was interested in having done. Six days and no response. Sent another email telling them I would look to another shop. Finally at day eight, I get an email they had a problem with their mail server. Fair enough I said and gave them a second chance. Once again at day six and no response. I was willing to drive 2 1/2 hours each way to have them do some work. Not anymore. Obvious they are not the "quality" shop they claim to be.
Very good work . Did not get a phone call to authorize work done or a call to let me know job was done . Job required access to trunk area , which was left messy .
This shop has exceptional attention to detail that shows in their quality of work. Of all the performance shops in town, this is the only one I trust working on my RX7. Very knowledgeable and honest. I recommend Classified Motorsports to anyone.
