"The challenge for the vehicle repair industry these days," reflects Paul Poirier, owner of the Langley Minit-Tune & Brake Auto Centre, "is the increasing amount of electronics in each vehicle. Gone are the days when the average person could pop the hood, change the spark plugs, and all would be well. It's a lot more complicated now. There are so many computerized systems involved and if you do something wrong, you can make a real mess of things."
Paul has seen his share of things go wrong and it worries him that sometimes people end up paying for these mistakes. "I've heard the horror stories," he says. "People paying for things perhaps they didn't need or want, the bill being larger than expected." This is exactly why Paul and his team try everything they can to keep the communication channels open. "Obviously, we can't please all the people all the time, but we do strive for 100% customer satisfaction."

This is the worst place you could ever take your vehicle. My cars brakes were worst when I left this place. they took no responsibility and wanted to charge me to fix them again.
