Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. We ordered a collar for our dog and it did no fit as advertised. When it arrived we had to cut the tag off of it to try it on her as the tag was on the inside. When we asked if we could return it they said yes and did not say we couldn't if the tag was off. So we paid shipping to return it only to be told they would not exchange it. So we now have paid for two collars and 3 shipping charges thanks to their poor communication.
