    I never imagined that there would be such a turnaround of events once I asked for a refund after I cancelled an appointment: I wanted to cancel an appointment with them after I discovered another periodontist whose charges were significantly lower. However, after I informed Langley Perio and Implants about my proposed cancellation (more than a week before the scheduled appointment) I felt that their quality of response (from Jen) totally changed! Finally after 3 weeks got back my refund!!
