My experience with the secretaries was quite good actually. But I found the wait time to be inconsiderate. I realize there are unexpected reasons that may occur but it is consistent with every single time Ive been there. I also dont like how Dr. H would talk about me to the other staff in the room during the consult. He would give her info, while facing me,and when I would ask him to explain hedhed respond with, I was talking to her. So then Id have to go home and Google what he said.
