    We have had our P...

    We have had our Penguin hot tub cover for almost 10 years now. It has been great! Only just last year it started failing -finally our South Okanagan UV rays seem to have dried up the vinyl a bit, as well as cracked the vinyl at the corners. (The corners no longer fit). Lid was directly under the outside elements all year in full sun. Of course we give it a good scrub a couple times per year. I think this is the deluxe model and we will purchase it again. It is a tad heavy but I am asmall person.

    Penguin covers unreliable

    After only a little more than 3 years my cover is so heavey I can barely lift it. I asked for a deal on another one (concidering they don't have to come to my home in Peachland and do a measure as they already have measurements on file from the last time). They would not budge on the price they would give joe blow off the street. I would not use them again. Typical Okanagan service......If you don't like it go some where else. So I'm going some where else! Buyer beware.
