    Poor Customer Treatment

    The hair cuts were good. But last week I had a prepaid appointment which I could not make. So I phoned to ask may I reschedule. I was refused. They got paid, I got no haircut. I received poor customer treatment.

    Wonderful Experience!!

    Brought my 11-yr-old daughter for her 3rd set of ear piercings today. She said "the lady" was really gentle and super nice !! I found the salon adorable and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to come back for a hair appointment!! We had a great experience, Thank-You!!!
