I started working with Crystal years ago and was in the best shape of my life. After having my first baby, I decided I needed to lose the baby pounds and get in shape again. I knew I would need to go back to what works for me, Crystal's boot camps. I was able to lose 40lbs with her help and become stronger than I had been in a few years. Crystal is a great trainer and keeps her classes enjoyable. I would recommend her classes to anyone, at any age, at any fitness level.
Crystal is an excellent trainer. Her boot camps offer lots of variety and are a great workout. The best part is her friendly personality that makes you feel comfortable. I really enjoy my workouts with her!
Crystal is an excellent trainer - I've been working with her for 8 weeks and I am already seeing results. She has tailored my workouts to be sensitive to my back injury and also manages to keep things interesting. Crystal is a fantastic trainer, who keeps you motivated at all times. She makes you want to work out, and adjusts workouts based on need and injury. We do everything from running to yoga to strength training, and it's never the same work out twice. I highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking for a fun fitness routine that gives results.
I met Crystal 6 years ago and she got me to be in the best shape of my life. Then, life got on the way and I thought I could manage! but I've decided to go back and sign up to start bootcamp again because I know that if I want results, Crystal is my girl. Her classes are fun, she adapts to your level but she also pushes you to improve. If you do your part, great results. I highly recommend her.
I have been working out with Crystal for several years. She comes to my home and we work out in my condo building’s gym. She is always on time and has a great attitude. She develops effective workouts that meet my needs and is always receptive to feedback. Most recently she trained me during all 9 months of my pregnancy, developing safe workouts that kept me fit and strong. Crystal is a great trainer, I’d highly recommend her!

I've been going to boot camp with Crystal at West Coast Personal Trainer for a while now and I get a great workout every time. If you have injuries or are hurting, she's great at adjusting the workout for your specific needs. Not only is it a great workout, I have lots of fun with all the other people in the group. I would not hesitate to recommend West Coast Personal Trainer to anyone.
