Nedco Prince George, The customer service has gone to the waste side since 2015 and, I sure feel that their customer relationship and communication also has diminished substantially now in 2020. I have been a cash sale client since 2011 and now in 2020 the branch manager says that he does not want to come in the store no longer. His team did not bill me for a 25 Cat 6 cable. One week later they call me, leaving a message, asking me to pay fo the item. I gave it back.
