Half the price = half the quality and service. *** Warning *** I used their tv/internet recently in Vancouver. Do not go with Surf Internet. Their modems are refurbished. The tv service is through their app on an android box which is crappy. Their internet is spotty. And worse their service is terrible. If you require a technician you will have to wait a few days and then a few hours that day but yet can’t resolve the issue. When you do cancel for the terrible service they do not reimburse for

the worst customer service in Canada; I paid for a digital TV and 2 hours before the installation time, I was informed that the price was going up by 30%!
