Poor customer service, when you call customer service they should be able to handle your issue right then and there and not send this issue to management which they will call you back. I have sent an email to them regarding my issue it has been over 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. I am trying to gain access to my account and I cannot. I had this issue about 3 months ago with an older card(the barcode would not scan)they got back to me and I was able to gain access to add a different card.
