I have bought car batteries new and used in the past as well as batteries for my home alarm system and PC battery backup. I have always got good fast service as well as nice people to talk to. I will buy another car battery soon and will buy from these guys as price and performance of their Northern energy Batteries are good performing and last.
Great place, but the daughter comes off a little harsh sometimes. Can't really blame her with the crap she has to deal with on a daily basis, but when you're looking for info, and stores empty, she often doesn't put much effort into explaining things. Then other times she super nice and goes above and beyond. I wouldn't have such silly questions sometimes if their website had some work done.
thought their thermoil batteries were snake oil but past years showed otherwise. But Kills hygrometers.
Have dealt with this company on several occasions. Staff is friendly and their pricing is good. Used to deal with Interstate but found their product, Northern Energy, just as good.
Stay as far away from Phil's Battery as you can !!!!!

Not sure what the bad review was all about but I received excellent service and the exact same battery I had been quoted on from a major auto parts store (where I have an account with very good pricing) and Phil's Battery saved me $30.00
The battery for my motor bike was charged and ready to go and the whole transaction took just a few minutes.
Glad I decided to go and see for myself.
Shops like Phil's batteries give Surrey businesses bad reputation.
Very low end products, and they do not honnor their word.
Customer service non existant, plus rude and lie straight to your face
