Excellent Vets, very happy every time we go. Dr Wood is very caring and compassionate, with great knowledge.

Our dog Maggie is almost 13 years old, she is a golden doodle, and Dr Ross has provided her with exceptional care. I highly recommend White Rock Veterinary Hospital for your fury friends.

We found this vet clinic to be disorganized and rude. The front end staff gave us the wrong information regarding prescriptions and care on multiple occasions and we found their compassion regarding our cat to be very sub par. The treatment we were given felt unnecessary and not in our animals best interest and the attitude of the reception staff was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

    terrible !!

we registered with this vet early 2010 on moving to the area with our 3 senior pets. On Nov 5th our youngest and healthy dog died very suddenly at home 6.30am. We contacted the vets and asked about special cremation services (ashes returned) and were told collections 'every day', have our dog there before noon. We had only 4 hours before having to prepare him for transit. We were told he would be back to us within '2 to 3 days'. After 3 days and no call, we called them late afternoon and were told matter-of-factly he was still there and hadnt been collected. They would 'try' to have him picked up the next day. There was no apology or explaination. The next day, again no call. We called them. The staff member had no idea who I was and I was put on hold. After some time, she returned and said 'yes he's gone'. No explaination. I asked what had happened to delay the service as we had brought him 4 days ago. She responded 'well you have to bring him in when the doctor can see him (for euthanasia)'. I attempted to say I hadnt had my pet put down, but was too upset by the attitude and utter lack of interest I was getting. We eventually got him back and were able to carry out the scattering we had planned. I emailed the vet twice to ask for an explaination, but have been and remain, ignored. This vet left my much loved pet to rot in a bag for 4 days, ignored. The thought of that is horrible. They made no attempt to tell us anything. We could have taken him to a crematorium ourselves, had we known. I would never recommend this vet.
