Bandstra Transportation Systems Ltd in Terrace has been serving the transportation needs of BC for the past 55 years. Since its founding, the company has developed a hands-on style of management. Currently, all six Bandstra partners are involved in the day-to-day operation of the company. We are able to interact daily with our employees and customers. We pride ourselves in having many long-term employees and being able to provide stable, long-term employment. Bandstra has always been friendly and helpful with myself and the other members of my company. On several occasions they have gone above and beyond in assisting in issues, even those where I was at fault. Their delivery time is reasonable at worst and I always feel satisfied after dealing with them
I am a little disappointed in having to wait for my washer after I phoned and talked to the driver about when it would be delivered they are heavy and I have people here to help me install only to have the driver do other deliveries and we have to wait.
Not happy!
