I have gone through a home fire and hired NC Restorations to do the rebuild. Not being too knowledgeable about building and all it entails, I was so pleased to have this company being my contractors.
The staff and trades people were so helpful in this rebuilding process. From planning to construction, I was always kept in the loop. They listened to my concerns and provided helpful suggestion and practical information regarding materials, changes in floor plans and so on...It was a positive.
Staining in bathroom ceiling and called insurance who recommended NC, flood cleanup in Grand Forks was keeping them busy, but I waited over 10 days for someone to at least stop by and assess and find out where the water is coming from. Called their office twice and was assured a stop by soon. Bad customer service when someone is experiencing something such as this. At least be honest and tell me you cant manage it and to find another company.Now the damage is double.
