Very bad staff and office. Change appointment time without telling and insist that i did not answering phone so the appointment has been cancelled. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND BAD IMPRESSION, not professional at all.
Dr.rees and Christie are awesome. We have been going to them for 7 yrs but recently been having issues with the older receiptionist. Our daughter had a rare Rumourtory arthritis which can make her go blind, this older receptionist seems it’s a game for us to drive from Surrey to downtown Vancouver and then cancel our appointment 20 mins before our actual appointment and give me attitude. I am trying to find a way to complain about her thru the proper channels.
She keeps giving me the wrong prescription of my eyes! It's always incorrect and I have to see her yet again for correcting it. Honestly one of the worst doctors I've ever met.
After 2 years of three showers a day to keep our sons eyes clear from infections and goop - Dr. Reese preformed surgery to open the tear ducts - and the effects were immediate! No tears. No goop. Couldn't have asked for better!
We have two kids and we have seen Dr. Rees for over eight years. Her service and attention has been in my opinion unsurpassed. I recommend her to all of my friends and associates for their children's eye care. She has put us at ease, even when we have had to make some difficult decisions. She has even followed up with personal phone calls. This doctor has always gone the extra mile.
My daughter had to have corrective eye surgery at 3 years old. Although my daughter is in excellent health and is considered a very low risk candidate I was feeling very anxious about the process. Dr Rees was very kind and understanding and went out of her way to provide assurance and confidence to our family. The whole process was seamless. she was fantastic! We have been patients of Dr, Rees since our daughter is 6 weeks old. Over the years she has been very thorough and has never hesitated to send us for a second opinion to make sure we were making all the right decisions. We never feel rush and she always take the time to answer all of our questions. Dr Rees is not only a doctor she is also a mother and it show in her practice.

Dr. Megan Rees and Dr. Kristy McLeod are both terrific with kids. Their bedside manner is fantastic and they know how to make my kids at ease. They are incredibly professional and very accurate in their diagnosis. My girls first saw Dr. Kristy and Dr. Megan when they were 3 and 5 yrs old. They are now 6 and 8 and they LOVE going to get their eyes checked! Heather and Kristin are great support staff as well. I can't thank the entire team enough for their wonderful service. I recommend them without hesitation. :)
I have been bringing my 2 girls to Dr. Rees for over 4 years and I am very happy with her and all of her staff. They take very good care of them and have really kept on top of her lazy eye issue. They are all very professional and genuinely caring. I have had to wait on a few occations maybe 20-30 minutes at the most but they try to do their best to let you know how long the wait is so I can always take the girls out for a walk or go for coffee.
I have recommended them many times to friends and family! I would definetely go out of my way to make sure she remains my kids Doctor!
Dr Rees is a fantastic doctor who explains things thoroughly. I took my 7-month old son in for his appointment today, and she took great care to explain what she was doing and what she was looking for. Sure, there was a bit of a wait, but her receptionists made sure I was aware of this and gave me a time frame so I could go off and get a coffee and entertain my son out of the waiting room. While we were in the waiting room, the staff was pleasant and happy at all times. It wasn't tedious at all. There was a playroom for the older children and an aquarium that all the kids enjoyed.
We have been seeing Dr Rees since my son was 8 months, she is an amazing woman, and an amazing doctor. She has always gone above and beyond and always been extra cautious with the little ones.
Yes sometimes her office is extremely busy, she is one of the few of her field in the Lower Mainland, but we have never waited more than 20 minutes for an appointment (in 4 years) and that's only on a really busy day, she's always apologetic and it's usually because there's been an emergency that's she's had to tend to.
Her whole clientele is young kids and babies and she cares about everyone of them.
We waited for an hour and 30 mins to have our 6 month old son examined, the examination took less then 5 minutes and the doctor couldn't tell for sure what's wrong! Not helpful at all having in mind that she's a specialist, and plus they left us wait for that long so our baby became so fussy???
When we asked why are we put to wait for that long (baby shouldn't wait that long, any parent would agree with that!) the receptionist told us that we were late for 10 mins and she put everybody else ahead of us???
Rude staff, lack of professionalism!
