I went to Family Eyecare Centre for an eye exam. I have a very hectic schedule and was happy to know that they were open on Saturday; I was able to get an appointment right away and didn't have to wait when I arrived there.
It is in downtown Victoria so was easy to get to.
From the moment of booking my eye exam to the time I left; the service was overall excellent for me.. They reminded me the appointment by phone and explained the exam thoroughly and answered all my questions before the exam. During my exam, the doctor asked me details about my lifestyle to find a good match for my contact lenses. She was very personable and knowledgeable...
