Super poor service on Saturday. One lady had zero interest in even moving away from her display case or engaging in any conversation aside form saying “no.”

I recently dropped my digital camera because its wrist strap frayed and snapped. The camera was ok, but I needed a new strap. No one sells these separate from a camera, but a great associate at Lens and Shutter gave me one at no charge. They keep some on hand from cameras that have been traded in but are no longer usable. It's even a better quality strap than the original!

Great store with excellent staff. They took the time to help me find the camera i needed. I walked out with a smile and a good deal . Beats buying something over the internet and not knowing when it's going to arrive (and if it's going to be in one piece!), and I had it right away. Clean, beautiful store. Great camera shop.

Use false advertising on their products. Refused to sell me a camera at $1499.99 as seen on the price tag displayed in front of the camera and verbally confirmed by sales associate. Managers refusing to follow Scanner Price Accuracy Code and Lens & Shutter's own published policies. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
