If you are a woman STAY AWAY. Dr. Chandler is misogynistic and will not help or listen to you unless you are a man. I came in six times in extreme pain, and was told that it was all in my head and that maybe I just have anxiety. He doesn’t listen to a word you say, and talks over you most of the appointment. Seeing dr. Chandler is a dehumanizing experience.
I can honustly say that Dr Chandler is the worst MD I have seen in my life. I got diagnosed with ADHD in year 2000 and have taken medication for the last 21 years and has worked amazing. I booked am appointment with Dr Chandler a week in advance and even proactively forwarded my College documents with ADHD testing. He REFUSED to refill my prescription knowing I took my last pill today! I even explained it would not be safe for me to work/ drive without proper concentration. He didn't care. WOW!
Just had the most horrible experience. I should have known when the receptionist I was emailing with did not respect it when I informed her that my legal name was not my chosen name. The doctor dead named me immediately and when i corrected him he acted annoyed and said “ok..”. He was extremely rude and continued to cut me off and harshly explain things before I was done speaking. I ended the call and sobbed.
I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.
Deplorable service. When the clinic is open you have to be there about 2 hours prior to opening to get an appointment.
Then you wait another 1 to 2 hours. Phone appointments due COVID shut down are terrible. I have been waiting 2 hours for Dr Perry to call. Of course he is busy seeing his patients first.

However, reception gets a 2. I understand she must face a lot of rude/angry clients who are impatient/take things out on her. Im empathetic to that. But when I call asking if the doctor could fax a refill to pharmacist due to my significant other being unable to come in himself due to mental health issues, she refused to let me leave a message/talk to Dr/offer any options despite admitting she doesnt know answer. I apologized for being sassy, but she hung up..
Kind, empathetic staff. Ive been there three times this month (torn neck tendon and a pinched nerve) and each time the doctors listened andtruly helped me manage pain and set up further tests.
We were here at 9:10; told by the receptionist wait time was 1 hr 10 minutes. We were back in 1 hour. When I came up to her know we are back and asked her how long It is the wait time for us. She said I told you already 1 hour 10 minutes. I said that was 1 hour ago. The she started to count 7 people ahead of us. The worst reception I had ever met. Very bad experience for us. Can we make her go away. She made people feel bad. I would not the 1st people feel that; but Hope the last

If I had an option, I would not even give that. As we grew up, we were taught that being a Doctor is a noble profession and is at the pinnacle of humanity. However, I was shoo-ed away in-spite of being in excruciating pain by a rude receptionist, despite of reaching 15 min before closing time. She was busy chitchatting with the doctor and blamed the doctor for not attending to any more more patients. Nor did she allow us to talk2the doc! This attitude is an insult2this noble profession!
My Dr. is on vacation & the Clinic is closed in Sun. Migraine set in yesterday, no sleep at all & running out of meds. This placeis the closest place open
The doctor there was extremely rude, and then actually quite mean to me. I would definitely recommend that you go somewhere else If you are looking for any medical help. After I had gone there I'd found out that lots of people that had gone there had, had very bad experiences. Very unprofessional, I'm very unimpressed.
