Went in today and yesterday to see my doc that I see on a usual basis....The new reception girl is great. Polite, funny, and calming to those coming in. I believe her name was Joti or Jodi, thank you!!!

Been treated by WCA about 10 years, since my MI. A number of treatments & procedures have been involved via almost all of the Dr.'s listed. All are highly skilled and professional, though a few can be a bit "holier than thou" in their bedside manner. Don't sweat the small stuff... but also, don't let them buffalo you with their 'status'. Remember always: YOU are the PATIENT and you desire respect, compassion and to have all of your questions and concerns addressed.

We have talked via susan several times at this clinic and she has been very helpful, accommodating and pleasant.

the person who calls courtesy calls is anything but more kurt ,,horrible tone ,makes you feel badly and also she does all the calling to people,why elect someone who hates talking with people i think her name is susan terrible
