In relation to the Unicity BMO, I dread making my card payments. I seriously have anxiety over the wait times, I have a job and can’t wait half an hour in line. There are 4 stations but never staffed. If we are lucky, only 2 tellers. I spoke to the manager Marc before Christmas, didn’t care. Lots of employees laughing in their glass cages, but never any real help. Can’t wait to cancel my BMO card and move to Avion. Sorry BMO, he ruined it for me.
