Horrific after sales service! One employee was patently untruthful, and the owner was incredibly rude and insulting. They do not take any responsibility or engage in finding a solution to their mistake. They do not belong to the Better Business Bureau (now I understand why). They refused to engage with the Province of Manitoba Consumer Protection. Hope that you do not have an installation or warranty problem.
Oksana helped us pick our quartz and granite counter tops. The selection they have of full size in-stock sheets is huge. I could not imagine making a decision like from a foot square sample. The installers both times are great people to have in your home and their work is perfection. This time we went with a quartz back splash (or wall cladding) and are so very pleased with the beveled finishing worthy of a magazine layout.
We are extremely happy with the great quartz countertops we got from Renaissance Granite place. Speaking with Dimitri helped us to get exactly what we were looking for. The service team was amazing as well, they were punctual and professional when they did the templates and the installation.
