We had a bad experience with Ruby's Limousine. The vehicle was not clean; it appeared that it had not been used in some time. There was dust everywhere and it did not smell good. The driver had not researched the route and asked the passengers for directions throughout. The driver accelerated and braked quickly, causing passengers to be tossed around in the back. The driver also insisted on dropping us off over 30 mins before the time agreed. The company was unwilling to discuss our concerns.
