I normally like it here but I sure had a bad experience today. First I took my sons to the Sals at Regent and Plesiss Rd. I asked if I could have a ham and cheese ommlet. They said I would have to have a western ommlet and take out the green peppers and onions. I said that that was fine. For my sons order I said that he didn't want hashbrowns but I did. My son wanted bacon on the side. They kept asking questions like they didn't understand what I was saying. I explained at least 2 more times. They kept looking at me like I was a big burden. Finally she told me not to be snippy so I walked out and took my kids somewhere else. By the time I got them back to school they were late. I really like your ommlets so after I took the kids back I thought that I would go to the one further down Regent. First I sat down at a table. It wasn't cleaned yet so I just sat and waited. Knowone payed any attention to me so after about 15-20 minutes I moved to another section. I got attention right away there but my order didn't come for 30 minutes. When I asked if it was coming soon I was told that I would have to be patient. When it did come it had green peppers on it. I was hungry so I ate it. I also bought a burger for my husband to go. He told me later that it was burnt. Both places the service was terrible and when I questioned it your staff was rude and made me feel like I was bothering them. After I payed almost $17.00 for just one burger and an ommlet I went home angry. We have always liked Sals but after this I don't know if I will be back. I would like someone to write me back and let me know that someone got this and cares what I think.
