Frequent water shut off for maintenance; Unit conditions may vary, but it's clear that paint job is not properly done (marks of painting on the ceiling), baseboards not well fixed, kitchen cabinet with non treated materials and bended shelfs; Laundry is indeed free, but you will regret it because machines are constantly broken and it takes forever for them to be fixed; The building halls are okay,and staff do their best to keep everything clean. Unit sizes are good, view is good, no noise.

The worth building to leave. Always noisy, bad smell, dirty laundry. The ventilation system is not working. There are several Athens on the roof which brings a high risk of cancer. That was my nightmare a year I lived there.
