The Alton Baptist Church is composed of two churches; North Alton and South Alton. We have many opportunities for worship, learning and fellowship for every age. There are two weekly Sunday morning worship services, lots of youth programs including Sunday School, Awana, Trek and Journey, a prayer group that meets weekly on Monday mornings at the home of Janet Dorey as well as a Couples and Friends Club, Baptist Women's Auxiliary, Men's Breakfasts, Choir Practice and Monthly Luncheons. The Alton Recreation Centre (ARC), attached to the North Alton church, hosts a variety of church and community events, including Tai Kwon Do classes twice per week.
