Though the flowers were pretty they arrived late and the customer service was less then ideal no ownership was taken on the mistake made nor were we compensated in any way. We were charged full price on a purchase ordered as a "daily special". The flowers arrived a day late. The owner was set on making excuses for herself and walking around the obvious solution of a refund or some kind of discount. She lost us as customers.
