St. Ambrose Cathedral parish of the Diocese of Des Moines. We are a diverse community of the poor, disadvantaged and hungry, well-to-do, young, the elderly, visitors and those seeking refuge. We are a Eucharistic community of many cultures. We strive for unity in our diversity by expressing our love of God through prayer and worship, through justice and service, through the ministry of welcoming, through catechesis, evangelization and ecumenism.
