No call back; didn't want my business

AE delivers rock, other materials, and works with explosives, etc., covering a broad range in NS. I called, and was told I'd get a call back--no time frame, no way to know when the call might be made. I called again. This time I was told they were busy with other things, and that they didn't really want my business--that the explosives were more important and occupying them at this time. Interesting way to run a company. Maybe they could create a list of the work they actually do want, so I don't waste my time trying to track down their sales reps----who couldn't be bothered calling back, and when/if I reach them, tell me they're too busy with other things to bother with my job (worth about $5000).
